Abstract

The program included five pieces: Four Organs, Piano Phase, Clapping Music, Music for Mallet Instruments, Voices, and Organ, and Drumming. This was the first performance of Reich's music in Houston. Steve Reich performed on four of the five pieces (not Piano Phase).
