Aperio, Music of the Americas

Led by pianist Michael Zuraw and percussionist Craig Hauschildt, Aperio’s musicians will perform works for piano, percussion, and electronic instruments that evoke the sensual extremes associated with natural phenomena, meditative practices, and ancient folk music. This program of profoundly reflective music will complement Mark Rothko’s meditative canvases.

Bach’s musical masterpieces including the beautiful Double Violin Concerto and the rarely performed original orchestration of his Suite No. 2.
