Abstract

In response to the General Consul of France in Houston, the Hon. Pierre Lepeti’s letter expressing European Union’s call for a world wide moratorium on the death penalty, a luncheon was organized to reach a wide spectrum of the Houston community, 16 representatives present of important organizations dealing with the death penalty issue.
