Photos found together, assumed to be the same event. Locations are within and outside the chapel, in front of the Menil Collection, and in a bungalow. No written comment, attribution, or date. Two empty envelopes were discovered with these photographs. One was labeled "Program on Sanctuary" and the other labeled "Mabel". These envelopes may or may not be related to the photographs.

The photograph shows the interior of the chapel, with Dominique de Menil on a dais speaking to a seated crowd. Jimmy Carter and another man are seated on the dais. The event is probably either an award ceremony, or a Human Rights day event. The date is between 1981 and 1997.

A publicity photograph is labeled Ramon Pannikar Edinburgh Giffin lectures, copyright N. Salaf. The remainder are photographs of Ramon Pannikar and Sissy Farenholdt speaking in the chapel. Although the labels on the back of these photographs are Sue Davis Communications 2001, the last event that Pannikar spoke at in the chapel was the Homage to Dominique de Menil on February 28 1998. It is inferred that the photos are from this event.

Three photos of a woman with a black SUV, stored with two photos of peace poles. The chapel 99 Days of Peace event in 2003 involved peace poles, so it is inferred that this is an accurate date. No comments or attribution on the photographs.
