This series contains extra copies of event programs and articles. After five copies have been saved in the appropriate archive series, a copy has been added to the desk reference, and possibly a copy has been added to the outreach binder, up to five additional copies may be retained here. There is a folder per year to aid in storing/locating possible duplicates. Duplicates may be given to a researcher, used for a display, or used by office staff.

Copies of annual reports are not kept. Generally, copies of program season listings are not kept.
