Meditation Leader Sat Kartar, Sikh and Kundalini Yoga Traditions
Sat Kartar Singh Khalsa has been a student and teacher of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan for 37 years. Yogi Bhajan said "Kundalini Yoga is...a practice of experience of a person's own excellence which is dormant and which is awakened." Sat Kartar is a Minister of Sikh Dharma and a Texas Licensed Acupuncturist with a Master of Science in Oriental Medicine.
Sikhism is the fifth largest religious tradition in the world with a following of over 20 million people worldwide. Sikhism preaches a message of devotion and remembrance of God at all times, truthful living, equality of mankind and social justice. Meditation is an important part of Sikh religious practice and is accessible to all interested in exploring different modes of contemplative practice.
