A licensed psychologist who has studied meditation intensely for the last ten years, Ann Friedman, Ph.D. was certified in Mindfulness Facilitation from UCLA. Her primary teacher is Rabbi David Cooper, author of many books on Jewish meditation. Two years ago, Ann was asked to teach meditation at Congregation Emanu El, which she continues to do, along with teaching regularly at Congregation Beth Yeshurun and United Orthodox Synagogues.
