Wooden plaque with large red porcleain rose; attached brass segment includes City of Houston seal and signature of Mayor Bob Lanier. Lanier served as mayor of Houston from 1992 - 1998. Gift from the Laniers on the occasion of the 1993 Oscar Romero Award. A proclamation from the City was presented at the Award ceremony.
