Abstract

Danza Azteca Taxcayolotl Suggested donation $10

Danza Azteca Taxcayolotl launches the Rothko Chapel's 2016 Summer Sounds on the Plaza series, which explores indigenous music of the Americas. Danza Azteca Taxcayolotl is a grassroots Aztec dance group that is dedicated to preserving, as well as nurturing, the indigenous cultures of México as a means of fostering unity and connectedness between all cultures. SweetCup is on site selling delicious gelato, in addition to free beer from Saint Arnolds and snacks. Bring your family, friends, a blanket, and enjoy a summer night of music!
