Abstract

Satmitar Khalsa, Sikh Tradition Suggested donation $10

During this hour, participants will experience the bliss of Naam Japo. Naam Japo is a pillar of the Sikh faith and a powerful tool to transcend beyond perceived limitations and reach a state of ecstasy. The gift of this practice is that we become vast and deep, like the ocean. Native Houstonian Satmitar Khalsa is a specialist in education, spirituality, and ethics, in addition to being a Kundalini Yoga teacher. The series is co-sponsored by Ligmincha Texas Institute, The Jung Center of Houston, M. D. Anderson Cancer Center, and the Rothko Chapel.
