Abstract

Ed Poullard’s creole music conjures images of “faisdo dos” in Acadian sugar cane fields on humid nights. Poullard is recognized as the premier creole musician on both sides of the Sabine River, part of a family tradition passed down through generations. Yeti Sunshine is on site selling snowballs, in addition to free beer from Saint Arnolds and snacks. Bring your family, friends, and a blanket, and enjoy a summer night of music!
