Colloquium II: Human Rights/Human Realities, 1973-12-08
Abstract
Establishment of the observance of Human Rights Day by Dom Helder Camara.
Roberto Rossellini and Dom Helder organized this colloquium to coincide with the twenty-fifth anniversary of the United Nations Declaration of Human Rights. It challenged men of faith and of science to an exchange on the fatefully linked matters of human rights and human reality, and provoked, in a public discussion, reflections toward new attitudes.
