Ma chere Mme De Menil, Chere Nabila,
The peace of the Advent be with you. Enclosed are two small gifts for you -- signs of my gratitude for your kindness and interest in our projects. Both are hand-printed on papyrus in Egypt.
For you, Dominique -- the image of the Holy Family fleeing-- that not only speaks of a long ago flight, but of a journey that continues today for many -- especially the Palestinians.
For you Nabila, the Tree of Life, ancient but ever new. A sign of the life within you -- and how each of us must "use our leaves for the healing of the nations."
With much affection and my prayers for peac -- shalom
Tom Rosicie
