Biography

Ludmila (Mila) Golovine is the Founder and President/CEO of MasterWord Services, Inc., a woman-owned business that provides interpretation, translation, localization and other language support services. Originally from the former Soviet Union, Mila is an alumnus of the University of Houston and the Wolff Center for Entrepreneurship at the Bauer College of Business. She embraces mindfulness and meditation in her business and personal practices and is strongly committed to enhancing interfaith and inter-cultural relations. Her community involvement includes Greater Houston Partnership, National Council on Interpreting in Healthcare, and Vairocana Zen Monastery, and is an active supporter of the Rothko Chapel.
